Hosokawa Micron can assist with simple refurbishments, such as replacing worn components within an assembly, through to complex overhauls. It is vitally important that complex refurbishments and repairs are carried out by specialist, experienced engineers. We know every piece of equipment we manufacture from the inside out, so are best placed to refurbish or repair your Hosokawa Micron equipment accurately, economically and quickly, using genuine approved parts.

Every piece of equipment we refurbish or repair is done so as part of a turn-key solution to the highest industry standards and in accordance with the latest regulations and legislation. We will take into account your budget, the condition of the machine and work required, the equipment’s safety and the timeframe to return to service.

Detailed diagnostic assessment

Our engineers will complete a detailed diagnostic assessment to establish your requirements and the scope of work involved. If it is convenient for you, and safe and feasible for us to do so, we could complete the refurbishment at your site. However, we also have a dedicated Refurbishment Centre, based at our headquarters in Cheshire, for more complex refurbishments and repairs.

Fully updated with progress

As part of Hosokawa Micron’s comprehensive service – and to ensure your peace of mind – we will keep you fully updated with progress and, if applicable, arrange for your equipment’s safe return following completion of the project. In addition, we will provide a warranty for the service we provide.
