Available in a wide range of sizes and configurations, our isolators are capable of achieving equipment OELs down to 10ng/m³ (8-hour TWA), with ISO Class I nuclear gloveboxes offering leak tightness to less than 0.05% volume per hour. Systems are fully compliant with cGMP, GAMP, FDA, and ISO standards, with ATEX-rated integrated nitrogen purge systems available for explosive or sensitive processes. CE/UKCA and UL certification ensures global compliance.

A range of advanced features can be incorporated, including integrated CIP/WIP cleaning systems, safe-change HEPA filtration, unidirectional airflow for sterile processes, viable and non-viable particle monitoring, and integrated VHP sterilisation for aseptic applications. Control options include intuitive push-button or HMI interfaces, with the ability to integrate with existing DCS and automation platforms.
