Sheet Metal Fabricator / TIG Welder
We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator / TIG Welder to join our team. You will work with a range of metals to produce high quality components and assemblies in line with engineering drawings and company standards.
Some roles may also involve occasional installation work at customer sites.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, fabricate, and assemble sheet‑metal components using a range of fabrication tools and machinery, including rollers, press brakes, and guillotines.
- Carry out high‑quality TIG welding on stainless‑steel sheet, mesh, and other metals.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy in all manufactured components.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing positively to the wider team environment.
- Complete all required internal and external training to maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer standards.
- Ensure all products meet internal quality standards as well as customer‑specific requirements.
- Undertake physical tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and handling heavier materials.
Requirements Qualifications and Experience
- Apprentice‑trained to Level 3 or equivalent (City & Guilds) in sheet metal fabrication and welding.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.

Pay & Working Pattern

- 4‑day working week: Monday to Thursday, 07:00–17:00
