After Sales Service - Protecting Your Investment

Hosokawa Micron is committed to providing continual customer support long after a plant has been delivered, installed and commissioned.  From a single service control point, we offer a wide range of after sales support services to suit customers individual requirements for both new and existing customers.

 

Spare Parts

Maintaining a schedule of wear parts for Hosokawa Micron brand name equipment, we are able to rapidly respond to your requirements.  All our spare parts are manufactured to the highest quality standards to ensure optimum equipment performance.  We are also able to supply non Hosokawa spare parts where necessary to enable maintenance operations to be carried out swiftly and with minimum disruption.

Our technical and service engineers are available to offer advice and practical assistance to set up and maintain customers own spare parts stockroom.

Inspection and Audit

Scheduled service visits means potential mechanical, safety and process line problems are identified before valuable production time is lost.  A full status report on Hosokawa equipment and plant will include recommendations on potential hazards, possible technological improvements, spare parts stock list as well as a systematic ‘health check’ to highlight immediate and future maintenance requirements.

Emergency Breakdown Cover

Our Service Department can quickly get in touch with our field service engineers who can advise how to get your plant up and running.  Alternatively we can arrange for one of our service engineers to visit site.  Whatever your problem, we will respond to your emergency promptly to minimise downtime and loss of production.

Training

To assist in our customers understanding of both the maintenance and process aspects of Hosokawa Micron plant operation, we provide full training for our customers.  This can range from informal “hands on” approach to “formal fully documented” sessions.
