There are two versions available of the zigzag classifier, designed as single or multi tube, which offer excellent cost effectiveness and perfect, continuous operation.

Type MZM with feed screw and centrifugal roller, for fibrous, flocculated or tangled products.

Type MZF, MZH with fluidbed channel for granular, easy flowing materials.

Features / Benefits

• Precise separations can range from 0.1 to 10 mm.

• Throughput ranges from a few kg/hr to 200 t/hr.

• Separation of materials which are difficult to sieve or cannot be sieved at all.

• Separation of pieces having approximately the same size but differing specific gravity.

• Separation of bulk materials which cause difficulties and high costs if sieved.
