Hosokawa Alpine Multiplex Classifiers

Description

There are two versions available of the zigzag classifier, designed as single or multi tube, which offer excellent cost effectiveness and perfect, continuous operation: -
• Type MZF, MZH with fluidbed channel for granular, easy flowing materials.
• Type MZM with feed screw and centrifugal roller, for fibrous, flocculated or tangled products.

Features / Benefits

• Precise separations can range from 0.1 to 10 mm.

• Throughput ranges from a few kg/hr to 200 t/hr.

• Separation of materials which are difficult to sieve or cannot be sieved at all.

• Separation of pieces having approximately the same size but differing specific gravity.

• Separation of bulk materials which cause difficulties and high costs if sieved.
