Hosokawa Bepex Horizontal Paddle Dryer - Solidaire

Description

The unit consists of a horizontal agitator rotating within a cylindrical housing, which is jacketed for indirect heating. A large number of narrow, flat, adjustable pitch paddles are attached to the agitator which sweep close to the inner surface of the housing, moving the material through the dryer.

• Residence time can be varied from seconds to approximately 10 minutes by adjusting paddle pitch or changing the rotor speed.
