The efforts and improvements resulting from our intensive R&D programme combined with a vast knowledge gained from practical experience, has led to Hosokawa's unique range of products which are continuously developing and setting new standards.

Feasibility Studies & Conceptual Design

Hosokawa's philosophy is not just to offer a standard machine, but to work alongside our customers to provide tailor made solutions to process problems. Feasibility studies can be undertaken at the planning stage to establish the commercial viability of a project, identify equipment requirements, and produce capital cost projections. Conceptual design can help to validate those studies by helping to minimise capital costs with good design.

Engineering & Project Management

Hosokawa's experienced design and engineering teams have extensive expertise in managing a wide variety of projects from providing a standard machine, to a full process system. Using a range of CAD and document management systems, we can create flow diagrams, P&ID drawing layouts and detailed designs to whatever code is required.

We operate an integrated quality control system that ensures comprehensive inspection and testing procedures of all equipment, both in-house and supplied by vendors, to ensure they meet client specifications. Manufacturing units operate to ISO 9001 quality systems.

Validation

As part of our service we can offer project validation, from a simple cGMP audit to full facility validation including Installation and operational qualification.
